Rev. Dr. Ode H. Hines
Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Rev. Dr. Ode H. Hines is a dynamic and passionate leader with decades of experience in the ministry and business realms, and his philanthropy is world renowned. He currently serves as the pastor of Greater Good Samaritan Baptist Church in Washington DC where he is preached the good news of Christ for over two decades.
As a ministry leader, Rev. Dr. Hines has reached out globally to share Christ’s love and spread messages of hope and forgiveness. In 1999, his missionary work led him to Kenya in 1999 where after witnessing the devastation from the HIV/AIDS epidemic, Rev. Dr. Hines founded United World Missions. Through this organization, over 800 Kenyan children, whose parents had died from the AIDS virus have been able to obtain food, shelter and education in a safe environment. Through God’s grace, the ministry now supports projects in India and the Philippines. United World Missions has allowed Rev. Dr. Hines the opportunity to preach God’s Good News worldwide and also serve as Presiding Bishop of Overcoming Faith Churches of Kenya and Uganda and Presiding Bishop of Prayer Tabernacle Church where he ministers throughout Israel, Egypt, the Philippines, India, Japan, Australia, the Bahamas, Caribbean, Trinidad, Tobago, the Dominican Republic, Ghana, and South Africa.
Rev. Dr. Hines has been blessed with an acumen for business as well. He has consistently succeeded in the business arena, serving as founder of several multi-million-dollar business ventures since 1979.The endeavors include:
- Founder/CEO of Beautify Professional Service Corporation, a national corporation reaching over $14.5 million in sales and employing 800 employees across the United States.
- Winner of SBA Small Business award for Washington DC, Region for 2001
- Founder and Incorporator of Integrity National Corporation, thriving government contractor
- Founder of The Little Samaritan Child Development Corporation, a full-service childcare facility servicing underserved communities in Washington DC
- Founder of the Overcoming Faith Christian Academy, Kenya, Africa
- Founder of The Greater Good Samaritan Community Development Corp
Given Rev. Dr. Hines’ background, it should come as no surprise that he was at the helm of founding FaithCanon, Inc., seeking to connect Christians across the globe in a more meaningful and Christ-centered way.
Thomas Cullin
Co-founder and Chairman of the Board
Thomas Cullin’s story begins with initiative, creativity and the courage to take big risks. Thomas began his career nearly three decades ago on Freeport NY where he owned a successful construction company for 15 years. In 1993 he relocated to South Florida where he opened De-Concrete of South Florida which specialized in the design Stamped concrete.
After acquiring his Real Estate license in 2002, Thomas went on to form Executive Team Realty, an international Real Estate marketing company. He climbed to the pinnacle of the housing industry and quickly advanced into the condo conversion Real Estate arena. Thomas took his construction experience into the purchase of multi-family residential income properties where he would purchase mismanaged properties and would rehab and stabilize and sell based on cap rates. He acquired a 48 unit property in Corals Spring with partners. Together, they rehabbed and converted with great success. Subsequently, they purchased a 340 unit B property in Tampa and successfully sold out. Thomas moved on to be a junior partner with Sunvest Communities where he acquired and converted over 8000 units in Florida, Arizona, Colorado and Las Vegas totaling over 1.2 billion dollars. Thomas was in charge of running the construction on 18 projects nationwide with an 18+ million dollar budget.
Executive Team Realty became the In-house broker for 8 locations in Florida representing over 2500 units. Thomas and his partner managed over 65 real estate professionals for these projects. Thomas ranked # 1 producer in Parkland Golf and Country Club for INCI communities selling over 60 million dollars luxury homes in 2005 and 2006. Subsequently, he built and sold new homes; a venture he credits with giving him a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the building permit process as well as home construction and marketing. He has learned a lot about quality residential construction and gained experience with contractors. Client trust and professional performance are the very basis of Thomas’s accomplishments as a real estate agent. They are the result of his unsurpassed expertise in property acquisition, construction, remodeling, development, and asset management. Combining that knowledge with communication, marketing, and negotiation skills have placed him firmly in the upper echelon of Broward’s premier real Estate associates. Detail oriented and analytical, he credits his strategic thinking as a vital element in his success.
Thomas is a respected expert in the sale and acquisition of listed and confidentially offered luxury homes, estates: and new developments in South Florida. Thomas gained his superlative listening and communication skills which have allowed him to develop an almost intuitive understanding of the needs, goals, and lifestyles of his diverse clientele. Thomas is now the proud founder and CEO of Eubra Realty Corp, This boutique Agency is a full-service, luxury real estate brokerage and lifestyle company representing clients worldwide in a broad spectrum of classes, including single-family residential, new development, commercial and residential leasing and he is working on his vision to bring state of the art technology to service his clients.
Deeply committed to South Florida, Thomas is also a devoted husband. He considers his family to be his primary interest. His personal philosophy is manifest in his devotion to many non-profit organizations related to the heart, spirit, consciousness and being a better person overall. Active and athletic, he enjoys traveling, long-distance cycling, golf and snow skiing.
Pastor John Chege
Executive Director
Pastor John Chege is born again Christian & Associate Pastor with Great Commission Churches Kenya, under the stewardship of Bishop Moses Wangombe the overseer.
Has passion with technology having graduated in Computer Science and Data processing with specific interest in programming, networking, system analysis and development. Career Administrator for the last 23 years and have worked in a Motor industry and Food Industry in various Human Resource & Administrative positions.
Currently member of the management board in-charge of systems, manpower resources and strategic planning at Rapids camp. Rapids camp is a leading Team Building/Camping /Rafting/ Kayaking Site in Kenya and Director Gosheni Human Capital. Chege is married to Rose Njeri and blessed with 2 daughters Hope Muthoni & Patience Muthoni.
Willie Crenshaw
Chief Technical Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology and Cyber Security field, Mr. Crenshaw has extensive experience in both private and federal government sectors.
Mr. Crenshaw has also managed and implemented large networks and programs for various organization to include the Department of Transportation, Department of Education and the Pentagon. In the past 6 years Mr. Crenshaw has lead and managed the implementation of DHS’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program within NASA. Mr. Crenshaw has also worked on some other high profile programs such as the F18 Super Hornet testing program at Patuxent River, MD and Single Agency Manager (SAM) at the Pentagon. Mr. Crenshaw is a highly sought after speaker for cyber security and CDM.
Prior to join NASA Mr. Crenshaw spent 10 years with the Department of Transportation (FRA) as the Information System Security Manager.
Willie Lawson
Chaplain
Rev. Dr. Willie T. Lawson is a native of Summerton, SC. He joined the United States Army in June of 1973 and served his country diligently for 20 years with honor and distinction. He served both in Asia and Europe, at the Pentagon, and five years (1988-1993) at the White House, on the National Security Council Staff as a staff information assistant.
He traveled to Israel in 1980 and performed he performed baptismal service in the Jordan River and participated in a Holy Communion service at the traditional burial site of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
In 2005, he was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters Degree from Breakthrough Bible College, Capital Heights, MD. He attended Washington Bible College, Lanham, MD, has an A.A. Degree in Biblical Studies from International Seminary, Plymouth, FL, a B.A. Degree in Theology from Breakthrough Bible College of Capital Heights, MD, and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology from Washington Baptist Theological Seminary.
He has served as pastor of Mt. Paran Baptist Church since 1989. Currently, in addition to shepherding the flock, Pastor Lawson is also an instructor at Washington Baptist Theological Seminary, and the First Vice President of the National Capital Baptist Convention of Washington, DC and vicinity. He is married to a wonderful woman of God, Mattie M. Lawson, and they have two children, Anthony and Telia and a granddaughter Alissa.
